I was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and spent all my summers as a child way up on the lakes of Northern Saskatchewan.  Those summers have given me a life long love of the North!

My husband and I live west of Red Deer, Alberta

Our family has been involved with horses for over forty years, from recreational riding to showing at the Morgan Grand National and World Championship Show.  All my kids and now the grandkids are riders!

I was part of Team Morgan at the Spruce Meadows Master’s Tournament for twenty three years.  Our Team competed in the Battle of the Breeds, and I did Breed Demonstrations and hosted an Information Booth

I have been to Ecuador thirteen times as a member of CAMTA – a Medical Team doing Orthopaedic surgery on underprivileged people in Ecuador.

We share our home with three Scottish Terriers, a Golden Retriever and 6 horses.  My Scottie Fraser is a Certified Pet Therapy Dog and we make weekly visits to the Red Deer Hospice.

I look forward to working with the Board and Promoting the wonderful work of the Equine Foundation of Canada.
